A process that forms metal parts through a combination of pressure and high-speed rotation. It is used to create axially symmetric parts such as cones and cylinders. It can be done in two ways:
1) By hand, using fulcrum and lever techniques
2) By highly automated CNC-controlled spinning lathes, which improve cycle times, tolerances, surface conditions and cost.

We have a 5-axis laser to complete the final trim and fabrication of your project.
We have an in-house parts washer, which uses a combination of ultrasonic and liquid wash to clean off mill oils, lubricants, metal shavings and other contaminants, so we can provide you with ready-to-paint items if you would like to finish them yourself.

We can make anything that’s round. We take materials like aluminum, steel, copper, brass or Hastelloy, circle it and manufacture a variety of different parts. These include, but are not limited to, standard and custom fan panels, inlet cones, cans, pans and funnels. These products can then be shipped, as-is, or they can be enhanced using our in-house, value-added services.
